Dividend Clipping: STRC ↔ SATA

Simulate rotating between two monthly dividend preferreds: hold STRC (Strategy Stretch — 11.5% variable rate, ex-div ~15th) until after the dividend, then rotate into SATA (Strive preferred — 12.75% variable rate, ex-div end of month). Set buy and sell discounts for each — you may buy at a discount but also sell below par when you rotate, which affects proceeds and net income.
